Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and energetic Daycare Teachers to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Responsibilities
- Plan activities that are developmentally appropriate according to Curriculum outline
- Follow the provided Daily and weekly schedules
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider is preferred; however, we are willing to train.
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified is preferred, but we will arrange for training if needed.
Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

These are family-owned preschools with two locations – one in Conroe, Texas and one in Magnolia, Texas. We provide care to children of 6 weeks of age to 12 years of age. Our philosophy for early childhood education is teacher-directed instruction accompanied by a stimulating environment for children to learn, play and explore.
