About the Role:
Looking for a passionate and experienced Childcare Director to lead our preschool team in Magnolia, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families while building and guiding a dedicated childcare staff. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise childcare staff and teaching assistants
- Oversee and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programming
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and childcare standards
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community
- Manage facility budget, enrollment, and administrative operations
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and facilitate ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Childcare Director License
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in childcare management or a director-level role
- Knowledge of Texas childcare licensing requirements and state regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with curriculum development and early childhood best practices
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to the well-being of children and families

Compensation: $35,360.00 - $42,000.00 per year

These are family-owned preschools with two locations – one in Conroe, Texas and one in Magnolia, Texas. We provide care to children of 6 weeks of age to 12 years of age. Our philosophy for early childhood education is teacher-directed instruction accompanied by a stimulating environment for children to learn, play and explore.
